More visitors and snow!!

Friday was a snowday! We got a ton of snow - almost a foot!! Josh loved to watch the snow coming down, and was able to spend the day with both Mommy & Daddy, a rare occasion! Here is a pic of Josh in his highchair watching Daddy shovel.
Toys to suck on and someone interesting to watch (Daddy shoveling) can always produce a smile - priceless!

Here is a pic of Josh with his favorite toy - Sophie! He loves to suck on her little legs and especially her head! The nubbiness feels so good on baby's sore teething gums!! Look how he's able to sit up on his own!! (for only a minute, and then he topples over!) The bandage on his right temple is to cover up a bad patch of eczema. It's a constant battle to get it to heal, and to prevent him from scratching it is even more challenging! Josh is seeing the allergist in a few weeks to determine exactly what it is in Mommy's breastmilk that he's reacting to! (please let it not be dairy)!

This is what happens when Josh gets tired of sitting up or playing on his tummy - he ends up in Mommy's lap! (this pic was actually taken before the haircut!)

We had a great visit with Meg and Scott over President's weekend, who came down from Boston. Scott made some delicious food for us (including chicken saltimbocca and his famous Scotty griddles - pancake sandwich with fried egg and sausage - yum!). He also brought down his Nintendo Wii for us to try out!! We know Zack would love to have his own, but I don't think J. Kong would let him ever play! Josh loves his godmother Meg, and Scott can always get him to giggle! Here is a pic of Meg and Scott from a previous visit in the fall (at our old house).

Welcome!

This blog is for family and friends of our little man, Josh. Many of our family and friends live out of state, so hopefully this will help to keep us all connected! And even for those who live in state... enjoy!
